1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification email once your order has shipped.

  • Please note: Processing time is separate from the shipping time. The "3-5 days" shipping timeline begins once the carrier has picked up the package.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer reliable shipping across the United States.

Delivery takes 3-5 days and we offer free shipping on all orders.

  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or high volume during holidays.

3. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Yes, we ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and P.O. Boxes via USPS. Please allow additional time for deliveries to U.S. Territories or APO/FPO addresses.

4. Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically be active within 24 hours.

5. Damages and Lost Packages

Soc Doc is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we want to help you resolve the issue.

  • If your order arrives damaged: Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and contact us immediately at garmentfactoryllc@gmail.com so we can file a claim.

  • If your order is lost: If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office first. If it is still missing, contact our support team.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Soc Doc is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it, but the customer may be responsible for the re-shipping fee.
