We want you to love your purchase from Soc Doc. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns (Hygiene Policy)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

Packaging: Socks must be in their original, unopened packaging with all tags attached.

Hygiene Note: Due to the intimate nature of our products (socks), we cannot accept returns on items that have been tried on or removed from their packaging unless they are defective.
3. How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved or not.

Approved: If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Rejected: If the item appears worn, washed, or is missing packaging, we reserve the right to deny the refund.
5. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Defective items: If you receive a damaged or defective pair of socks, we will send a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund.
6. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
7. Return Shipping

Defective Products: We will cover the cost of return shipping for damaged or incorrect items.

Change of Mind: For standard returns (e.g., ordered the wrong size or color), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
